Cheese steak pizza

The dough
4 cups of flour
1/3 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of instant yeast
4/3 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
The sauce
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
200gm cooked steak
1/2 green pepper, cut into long, thin strips
5 sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 and a quarter cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
How to prepare
Mix the dough ingredients well and knead by hand, then cover and set aside for two hours until doubled in size. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and make pizza rounds.
To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in a pot on the stove, then add the flour and stir for a minute. Add milk while continuing to stir, then salt, pepper and garlic. Remove the sauce from the heat and add the Parmesan cheese. Set the sauce aside for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook peppers, mushrooms and onions in a little oil until the vegetables are wilted.
Pour the sauce over the pizza dough, then the steak, vegetables and shredded mozzarella cheese. Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes and serve hot.
