Cantaloupe Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 large yellow watermelon
How to prepare
Put sugar and water in a pot on the stove until it boils.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and leave to cool at room temperature.
Meanwhile, the yellow watermelon is peeled and then cut into cubes.
Place the yellow watermelon in an electric mixer until smooth.
Gradually add the sugar mixture over the watermelon.
Cover and put in the fridge for at least an hour before putting it in the freezer to get a creamy sorbet.
It can be served with whipped cream.
