Thai Pistachio Wraps

Ingredients

4 cups chopped cabbage

1 and a half cups of shredded carrots

1 red pepper cut into thin slices

1 cup cooked green soybeans

1/2 cup chopped coriander

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped roasted pistachios

5 loaves of bread or tortillas

 

The sauce

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of honey

1/4 cup of peanut butter

Salt and pepper to taste

 

How to prepare

Mix all sauce ingredients well until smooth.

To prepare the rolls, mix all ingredients except the bread and pour evenly over each loaf. Pour the pistachio sauce over it and roll well.

Cut each loaf in half and serve on a plate with more sauce.
