Chocolate Bread Cake With Orange Sauce

Ingredients
4 cups of milk
1 ciabatta bread, cut into cubes (without the edges)
100 g of butter
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
5 eggs
250g of sugar
200g of melted dark chocolate
120 g of flour
2 oranges
250 g of orange jam
100 ml of heavy cream
How to prepare
Heat the milk until it starts to boil, then pour it over the bread in a large bowl. Leave it for an hour.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the butter, breadcrumbs, chocolate and flour until the mixture is homogeneous.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until thickened, then add to the cake mixture.
Pour into a tray greased with butter and breadcrumbs, then add the rest of the breadcrumbs to the cake. Place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
At this time, the oranges are peeled in the form of slices, and the peels are placed in boiling water, then the ball is repeated, changing the water three times to remove the bitterness. set aside.
Squeeze the rest of the orange and put it in a bowl on the fire with orange jam and cream for 15 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Pour the orange sauce over the cake before serving.
