Wherever there’s a red carpet, there’s an Arab designer or more out there dressing his muses. At the most recent Cannes Film Festival’s red carpet, Arab designers, especially Lebanese couture houses had a strong presence, whether when the German influencer Leonie Hanne chose three different designs, or when German model and Instagram star Lorena Rae took everyone’s breaths away with a gown from Elie Saab.
Yesterday night, at The LUISAVIAROMA and UNICEF Gala in Capri, Two Lebanese couturiers were spotted with out-of-this-world gowns on two gorgeous celebrities’ American model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen and German-American supermodel and a television personality Heidi Klum. And if you’re wondering, yes they stunned the Italian red carpet big time.
At the event that raised more than €5 million in support of UNICEF's work to provide care and protection to vulnerable children across the globe, Teigen wore a fully sequined and fringed gown with a V neck cut like no other from Zuhair Murad SS21 Couture collection. This is not Chrissy’s first time wearing from the Lebanese house, in fact she loves it and has forever been a fan.
Just weeks before that, Teigen attended the Golden Globe Awards ceremony wearing a blush pink dress by Zuhair Murad.
As for Klum, she opted for an equally dazzling gown with heavy beads and sequins in a one-shoulder cut. The dress featured a bow on the shoulder and a high slit to make it sexier one-shoulder full sequined long dress with a natural brushed hair and some curtain bangs.
