Citrus salad with dates and pistachios

Ingredients
the sauce
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of orange juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup toasted corn flakes
1 red onion cut into thin slices
3 slices of citrus fruits (orange, mandarin, kumquat)
4 cups of green salad
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup of pistachio
How to prepare
To prepare the sauce, mix all ingredients well.
Put the green salad in a serving bowl, then add the citruses, onions, dates, pistachios and cornflakes.
Increase the sauce and serve.
Goat cheese can be added for more flavour.
