Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 and a half cups of heavy cream

1 and a half cups of sugar

2 eggs

300 g of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla

4 biscuits, crumbled

 

How to prepare

Mix one and a half cups of cream with sugar and eggs, then put the mixture on the fire until it begins to boil. Immediately away from the fire.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add hot mixture over it.

Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours.

Add the remaining cup of cream, lemon juice and vanilla, then place in the ice cream machine according to the instructions.

Pour the mixture into a special bowl and add the biscuits on top.

Place in the refrigerator until serving.
