Avocado and salmon salad

Ingredients
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 crushed garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
500 g salmon fillet
4 cups of green vegetables
1 sliced cucumber
2 chopped tomatoes
1 sliced red onion
1 sliced avocado
1/2 cup of feta cheese
How to prepare
Mix the sauce ingredients well and place half of the amount on the salmon. The remaining quantity is kept in the refrigerator.
Cook salmon in oil until tender.
Mix salad ingredients and top with salmon. Add the rest of the sauce to the salad and serve with lemon slices.
