How to make chocolate and dates mousse

Ingredients
3 cups of water
1 avocado
2 cups of dates (without pits)
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of cocoa
Pinch of salt
How to prepare
Bring water to a boil in a pot on the stove until it boils. Remove from heat and soak the dates for 5 minutes. Drain from the water, then place in the electric mixer with the milk, honey, vanilla, salt and cocoa until the mixture becomes smooth.
In another bowl, mash the avocado well and then add it to the date mixture in the blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into four cups and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
