How to make Lebanese kofta with tahini sauce

Ingredients
Kofta balls
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped mint
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg yolk
1 kilogram of minced veal
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Tahini sauce
1/2 cup of tahini
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Put the onions, mint and parsley in the electric mixer. Add the spices and the rest of the ingredients except the oil until the mixture is homogeneous.
Form the kofta balls and fry in oil over the fire until red.
To prepare the sauce, mix the ingredients well. You can add or reduce the amount of water as needed.
Serve the kofta balls hot with tahini sauce and salad.
