Easy hamburger soup

Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 kg of lean ground beef
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups of beef broth
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon hamburger seasoning
Salt and pepper
How to prepare
In a large pot, place the onions, oil and celery for 8 minutes, and cook until softened.
Add the garlic, then the minced meat, stirring occasionally, until it softens.
Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, broth, potatoes and spices.
Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 25 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and serve it hot with hamburger bun.
