Persimmon Cake

Ingredients
3 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 and a half cups of persimmons pulp
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of melted butter
3 eggs
1 cup of finely chopped walnuts
How to prepare
Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Add the persimmon pulp, then the oil, butter and eggs, and mix well. Then add the chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into a greased tray and place in the preheated oven for 55 minutes.
After it cools, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
