Indian Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

1/2 cup of sour cream

4 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger

 ½ small red onion, cut into cubes

2 small green chili or serrano peppers, finely chopped

2 teaspoons of Indian spices

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

 

How to prepare

Place the potatoes in a tray on a baking sheet in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Cut each potato into four pieces in the shape of a flower without cutting it completely. Sprinkle with salt, then put the sour cream, then ginger, onion, pepper and Indian spices. Garnish with coriander and serve with grilled steak or chicken.
