Oatmeal Latte

Ingredients
1 cup of oats
2 and a half cups of whole milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 small cups of espresso coffee
Oat flakes (granola) to serve
Directions
Heat milk and oat, then add salt and cinnamon. Stir the mixture well and leave it on the fire until the oats are creamy with milk.
Remove from heat. Add brown sugar and vanilla and distribute the mixture into two cups.
Pour coffee over each cup and garnish with granola before serving.
