Snowball Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup of flour

1 and a half cups chopped walnuts

1/4 cup of sugar

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 cup of softened butter

1 cup of powdered sugar

 

Directions

In a large bowl, mix flour, walnuts, sugar, salt and vanilla.

Add the butter and mix by hand until coarse.

Form balls and place on a baking sheet in a tray.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

When the balls have cooled slightly, dip them in powdered sugar.

Set aside to cool completely, sprinkle again with powdered sugar before serving.
