Lobster tail with herbs

Ingredients

4 lobster tails

Salt and spice to taste

¼ cup melted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Half a teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon minced thyme

1 teaspoon minced rosemary

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

 

Directions

Start by preparing the lobsters. Using kitchen special scissors, cut the tail to the middle and pull the meat. Season with salt and pepper and place in a tray on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Spread the mixture evenly over the lobsters.

Place the lobsters in the oven for 10 minutes, until they are slightly browned on top.

Serve with melted butter.
