Ice Cream Makes You Smarter?

You might want to sit down for this one because you won’t believe your eyes; it turns out that ice cream makes you smarter! A new study in Japan has proven that if you eat ice cream for breakfast, you might become smarter. Researchers made a series of experiments by comparing subjects who eat ice cream for breakfast to those who don’t.
The breakthrough was achieved when they discovered that the ones who ate ice cream for breakfast could process information more efficiently. Kyorin University professor Yoshihiko Koga advises us to take one scoop of ice cream in the morning, as it would make us more alert during the day. Ice cream has also been proven to reduce "mental irritation", therefore it can make you less cranky.
From now on, there is no reason not to indulge yourself with a delicious scoop of ice cream in the morning, well, except for all the fat!
