During the fashion show Cruise 2022-23 on its land of Monaco, French house Chanel bet everything on the jeans. And as always, the house succeeded.
The presence of Charlotte Casiraghi at the Chanel Cruise 2022-23
fashion show was really distinguished. Based in Rue Cambon, famous house
decided to reveal its collection that was created in tribute to Monaco, a place
very dear to Karl Lagerfeld. Charlotte Casiraghi was doubly a guest of honor,
since she’s not only a member of the royal family, but also Chanel muse. It’s
in a jean look from head to toe that she chose to make her appearance at the
Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel. Consisting of a slim pair of jeans and a denim jacket,
Charlotte’s outfit was completed with a vanity case bag, designed with denim
too. However, it’s not just any denim, but a denim decidedly Chanel.
Denim idyll
When luxury fashion house plays with denim, it does it in its own way. The outfit worn by Charlotte Casiraghi in Monte-Carlo, entirely marked with a quilted trompe-l’oeil pattern, is a proof to this. In fact, this fashion trend was seen on many celebrities: Angèle’s look embroidered with pearls at the Victoires de la musique, Julia Fox in a sculptural outfit during the ParisFashion Week, and Camilla Cabello in patchwork on stage. Lately, they’re more and more numerous to revisit the total denim look with creativity. We can say that this trend is on its peak, especially with Charlotte Casiraghi in majesty in Le Rocher.
