Two Different Methods

Here are the steps to be followed in order to reproduce the shimmering white effect:

1. Mix a first transparent semi-permanent varnish with a second one of the color of your choice, in order to make the texture of the product finer and more translucent
2. Apply a first layer on the nails, then put your hand under a UV lamp
