Building her career following her passion, Noor has been able to experience an exceptional self-love journey. One of her most-awaited collaborations was the SHEGLAM X Noor Stars collection of limited-edition Liquid Blush & Highlighter Kit, through which she felt that there’s a certain synergy between her and the brand.

Being the first Arab woman to gain more than 18 million subscribers on social media, how does Noor Stars define her success?

By working hard, and working around people who motivates me to reach my goals.

As a YouTube influencer, do you usually aim to reflect, in a way or another, the real personality of Noor Naem?

Everyone knows the real personality of Noor, I don’t usually hide it, I am the same person on social media and off social media.

Can you tell us more about your journey to self-love?

I learned how to love myself from my mother, she is the number one supporter of Noor and from the experiences that I had during my social media success I learned that loving yourself always make you perform better, makes you see things clearly and always will have make the right decision.

If you had to pick one type of YouTube content for your videos, what would it be?

I do many types of social media content, from fashion, to vlog, to lifestyle, to competition to beauty, to music. I think I can’t only pick one as all of them helped to define Noor Stars now.

In your opinion, what makes Noor Stars a one-of-a-kind social media star?

Diversity of content being spontaneous in creating the content thinking outside the box.

Do you like to interact with your fans? What about hate comments?

I do competition where I have them win a cash prize or other prizes. In regards of hate comments I don’t usually notice them, from all the love I get from my fans

What is your first impression about SHEGLAM and what made you decide to cooperate with this brand?

The first time I knew about SHEGLAM was 2 years ago, when they launched a new product series and I was invited to do a makeup review. I was then genuinely impressed by the creative and unexpected product design and high-quality of SHEGLAM. Meanwhile I was also surprised to see how SHEGLAM has been growing to be viral so fast with its countless new products during the past 2 years. I think to some extent, we both become stronger together through continuous hard work in our own territory.

So when they invited me this time for a dedicated co-branding project, I was very excited, I felt it was like meeting an old friend again and we could come up with something amazing together! I also love the idea that SHEGLAM calls we influencers and consumers all as #SHEGLAMPartner, it gives me the sense that SHEGLAM does respect the opinions from both us influencers and customers, as everyone of us can contribute to the future development of this brand.

Tell us more about the most awaited SHEGLAM X Noor Stars collection of limited-edition Liquid Blush & Highlighter Kit

The liquid blush series has always been the top pick of SHEGLAM by consumers in MENA, and I actually had noticed this before they officially reached me for co-branding. Besides, a stunning blush plus a glowy highlighter could be essential to our daily makeup, that is why we organize them together in one kit. Thanks to SHEGLAM, I actually got the chance to truly take part in the whole process of creating the product, including picking up color shades I love, designing the product package, shooting with the amazing team and many of my close friends also joining in trying out the kit and they all LOVE IT!!!! I know at first it is because they love me, but trust me, the product kit itself is definitely worthy of trying out, the blush and highlighter are good with colors themselves, and they are even better as a combo!

The blush, Daisy, is actually kind of deep dusty rose color, which is perfect for daily use with elegance and brightness. The highlighter, Topaz, contains cool champagne shimmer to create a natural glow on my face. I think they are perfect match for my skin tone.

How does your collaboration with SHEGLAM reflect your personality? Is there any beauty-related message behind it?

The most important reason why I decided to work with SHEGLAM is that I really love their claim as beauty is a right to everyone, so I believe that SHEGLAM is not only a makeup brand simply selling cosmetics, they are also a brand trying to empower girls` confidence and strength as much as they can. Encouraging girls and bringing happiness to them is also what I`m doing everyday, I feel that somehow I have synergy with SHEGLAM deeply.

For the information behind it, we do have some! I named the blush after Daisy because it is the flower representing a girl`s purity and freedom, it also delivers my “true love from the bottom of my heart” to all the people I love. The highlighter is called topaz not only because of the color similarity, it is more for this stone is one of the most loving, beneficial crystals to the self, as it brings true love and fidelity, friendship and a gentle nature with the gifts of courage and wisdom in all endeavors.
