Chloé Friedmann - Madame Figaro
29-May-2023
On the brightest red carpet in the world of cinema, once again this year, celebrities from all walks of life marked their exceptional appearances at the Cannes Film Festival.
Some, like Romain Gavras and Dua Lipa, made their relationship official on the steps of the Cannes Film Festival. Others, like Harrison Ford, who came to present the fifth opus of Indiana Jones, made a comeback. Still others, such as Carys Zeta Douglas, daughter of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas - who received the Palme d'honneur -, Diego Le Fur, son of Maïwenn and Jean-Yves Le Fur, or Anna Biolay, daughter of Benjamin Biolay and Chiara Mastroianni, made their debut this year. This 76th edition of the event, which comes to a close on Saturday May 27, was indeed rich in emotion.

A historic walk up the steps
Leonardo DiCaprio returned to the Croisette, where he enjoyed a historic walk up the steps alongside Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese. Four years after presenting Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (2019), the actor attended the screening of his latest film, Killers of the Flower Moon. Natalie Portman also lit up the Croisette, resurrecting Dior's Junon gown for the screening of Todd Haynes' May December on Saturday May 20. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy made a striking appearance in a silver minidress, all smiles on the Croisette before the screening of The Zone of Interest, shortlisted for the Palme d'Or.
